MCCY's initial approach to SMRT / STELLAR was centred on one idea: deploying certified TCM health vending machines at Singapore's highest-footfall MRT stations — putting greater health products directly in front of 3 million daily commuters.

That conversation revealed something much larger. The vending machine is not the destination — it is the first domino. To operate at scale, to fulfil online orders, to host enterprise clients and government delegations, to run live commerce and monthly activations, MCCY needs a permanent base inside the SMRT network. Dhoby Ghaut is that base.
